Users may request deletion of account data, webhook bins, captured events, share links, API keys, and related workspace records.

What Can Be Deleted

Deletion requests may include:

• Account profile information.
• Webhook bins and captured events.
• AI analysis records generated from captured events.
• API keys and share links.
• Notification targets and delivery logs.
• Support tickets and messages where deletion is legally permitted.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, tax, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes. Retained records are limited to what is necessary.

How to Request Deletion

Contact support from the email address associated with your account and describe the data you want deleted. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Timing

We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal and operational requirements.
